The Plus battery is rated at 52 minutes, which is genuinely tempting. But it unambiguously pushes the aircraft past 250 g — which means FAA registration, a number marked on the airframe, and Remote ID, exactly the paperwork the Mini line exists to avoid. The Plus packs aren't sold in the EU at all.
If the sub-250 g class is why you're buying a Mini, buy the standard kit and skip the Plus battery.

Speaker battery ratings are measured at a volume nobody actually uses. The JBL Charge 6 is rated 24 hours and measured around 13; the Bose SoundLink Flex is rated 12 and lands nearer 7–10. Buy these for sound and build — they're good — but halve the battery number before you plan a weekend around it.
Most beginner drone advice is wrong. A toy-grade drone doesn't teach you to fly — it teaches you that flying is frustrating, then breaks. The right first drone for the overwhelming majority of people is a real one, and our beginner guide names it. Spend once.
If you're flying to photograph listings, that's commercial work and Part 107 certification is not optional — the FAA has fined agents who didn't know that. The certificate is the prerequisite, not the camera. Buy the drone second.
The hardware is the cheap part of this decision. The bookstore you commit to costs several times more than the device over five years, and switching later means abandoning a library. Choose Kindle or Kobo on the terms of the store, then buy whichever reader that store implies.
